Holland & Barrett strikes 'personalised' fleet deal with Don-Bur

Commercial vehicle bodywork manufacturer Don-Bur has completed a new batch of 33 bespoke 18-tonne rigid box bodies for Holland and Barrett.

It is the fourth time that Holland and Barrett has chosen Don-Bur for their fleet renewal programme.

Each of the 33 trucks will be linked to a nominated Holland and Barrett staff member in recognition of their hard work or a special achievement.

They will have the option to have their own name or a nominated name, such as that of a family member, displayed on the sides of the truck cab.

The new fleet comprises 31 rigid bodies mounted on the latest generation Scania P280 high roof sleeper cabs, while an additional two are fitted to Mercedes Atego models.

Built to withstand the demands of a fast-paced caged load environment, these vehicles feature heavy-duty specifications, including colour impregnated GRP panels, reinforced Anchorfix, and powder-coated aluminium extrusions.

Each vehicle is equipped with a 1,500kg Dhollandia retractable tail-lift, which includes dual controls on both sides at the rear to accommodate high street loading.

The livery has also been updated with a new, simplified design to ensure maximum impact and brand visibility on the road.
