Tusker has made changes to its senior leadership team, with Steve Barker stepping down from his role as chief commercial officer.
During his time at Tusker, he helped shape its business and commercial strategy, and also played a key role in the sale of Tusker in February 2023 to Lloyds Banking Group.
Following his departure, Alison Argall (pictured below) has been promoted to role of business development and customer retention director.
Argall has been with Tusker for more than 20 years and served as business development director for the past 13 years.
Tusker said she has a deep understanding of the business and extensive salary sacrifice experience which make her the “perfect candidate” to expand her expertise into all areas of customer management and drive Tusker’s future growth and customer engagement strategies.
In a further change, Jodie Monaghan (pictured below) has been appointed as Tusker’s new operations director having been with the business for almost nine years.
With 20 years’ experience in the leasing industry, her time at Tusker began as head of the training academy before advancing to head of customer experience and then to customer experience director.
She will now oversee the entire customer journey, including contract initiation, in-life customer care, vehicle operations and contract termination processes.
“I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Steve for his contribution to Tusker and I’m delighted to have Jodie and Ali join Tusker’s senior leadership team,” said Kit Wisdom, managing director at Tusker.
“Their dedication and extensive salary sacrifice experience will undoubtedly contribute to our ongoing success as we further enhance our customer offerings and explore new opportunities.
“Additionally, this marks a significant step in our commitment to improving diversity of thought within our leadership team by enhancing female representation, fostering a more inclusive and dynamic work environment.
“Tusker remains dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to our customers and partners and with our highly experienced leadership team in place, we are well-positioned for an exciting new phase of growth.”
