Fleet decision-makers have an unparalleled opportunity put more than 300 of the latest vehicles through their paces at Company Car in Action in June.
Whether you booked your place for the opportunity to examine vehicles, network with your peers, compare suppliers and products, gain valuable insights in panel session seminars, or simply to test drive the very many cars and vans on offer; we want to help you get the most out of your visit.
With the help of our Visitor Advisory Board (comprising fleet managers who help shape the event brought to you by Fleet News) we’ve compiled a selection of tips for attending the show.
If you’re new to CCIA, or if you haven’t attended in a while, follow these suggestions to capitalise on the opportunities available.
Plan your schedule in advance
Organise your schedule ahead of the event to maximise your experience. Decide which vehicles you want to test drive and plan out your schedule to take full advantage of the show days.
Wear comfortable shoes
You’re going to be on your feet a lot at CCIA. This event covers a lot of ground, with plenty of opportunity to walk around. Wear something you are happy to be moving around in and consider bringing a jacket in case of rain.
Visit different brands
Take some time to check out the brands you haven’t seen or interacted with in a while. You might be surprised by what they are doing in 2025.
Take advantage of the seminars
Visit as part of your learning and development. Hear from your peers about the challenges they face and how they are overcoming them. Hear from manufacturer fleet directors about their plans and what is on the horizon for the sector.
These are just a few of the suggestions we put together with input from our Visitor Advisory Board.
