Vital EV is once again supporting Company car in Action as the event’s official charging partner.
The company will provide the chargers for the electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles taking part in the event taking place on Wednesday and Thursday at Millbrook Proving Ground in Bedfordshire.
Alex Rae, managing director Vital EV Solutions, said: “Once again, Vital EV is the official charging partner for this year’s Company Car in Action. We are bringing to the event a fleet of ‘pop-up’ moveable DC chargers to supply the rapid charging operations throughout the day and overnight.
“We will have 12 Kempower 40kW movable dual port chargers in the main charging hub, which will be crewed by our charging team. We are also providing ‘on-stand’ AC charging for a number of the on-site manufacturers demonstrating their vehicles.
“In the main entrance foyer area, we will have some of our team ready to answer and support any questions visitors may have concerning their electrification journey and advice on best DC solutions for their business needs.”
The event at Millbrook Proving Ground, Bedfordshire, on Wednesday and Thursday will allow fleet decision-makers and leasing company stakeholders the chance to utilise more than 30 miles of roads and tracks with varied surfaces and technical features.
A total of 34 brands are bringing their latest and greatest cars and vans for fleet decision-makers to test to this year’s event. Many are offering visitors first drives.
They are Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Audi, BMW, BYD, Citroen, Cupra, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Ford, Genesis, Hyundai, Jeep, Kia, Lexus, Maserati, Maxus, MG, MINI, Nissan, Omoda, Peugeot, Polestar, Renault, Seat, Skoda, Smart, Suzuki, Tesla, Toyota, Vauxhall, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and Volvo.
