Review
I recently noticed one of the rear tyres on the Kuga was very slowly loosing pressure and as I was planning a long drive from Peterborough down to Brixham, I called Kwik Fit Fleet (Fords chosen fast fit provider) to come and take a look.
The representative I spoke to took the make, model and registration number of the car as well as the manufacturer, model, size and speed rating of the tyre should they be unable to repair it and have to replace the tyre.
The fitter arrived at the office the next day and shortly afterwards the key were returned to reception along with a job sheet, stating that the tyre had been replaced due to being irrepairable. I was a little surprised to see that the new tyre was a different make and model to those already fitted to the car especially as representative from Kwik fit had asked for the specific details. Nevertheless I was very grateful to be back on the road quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
