Fleet decision-makers have voted Ogilvie Fleet the UK’s top vehicle leasing and fleet management company for service to customers in the 2016 Experteye awards.
Winning the category, which recognises service to fleet operators with more than 250 vehicles, makes it the sixth year in succession that it has won an Experteye award.
The latest triumph follows Ogilvie Fleet’s quartet of customer service awards and a customer innovation award won in the previous five years.
The Experteye awards cover nine different fleet and automotive categories in total.
Ogilvie’s Fleeteye CSI honour is based on results obtained throughout 2015 from Experteye’s post-sale customer satisfaction survey, drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK.
Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye, which asks an extensive range of questions on a monthly basis. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.
“It is a great achievement to win an Experteye award yet to win an award six times in succession, across multiple categories, is unprecedented," said Rick Yarrow, managing director of Experteye.
Ogilvie Fleet has more than 13,000 leased cars and vans on its books and a further 1,600 on fleet management.
Managing director Gordon Stephen said: “Six consecutive Experteye awards underlines the consistency of excellent service delivery across the business by our employees.
“Importantly, the Experteye awards reflect customer service across the entire business so all of our employees must buy into the Ogilvie Fleet way whether they are in the sales department or vehicle disposals, or the IT or maintenance departments.”
