Leasing and mobility specialist Alphabet has been officially certified by the Top Employers Institute for its exceptional employee offerings for the fifth time.
The international research, undertaken annually by the Top Employers Institute, recognises leading employers around the world who provide excellence in employee conditions, develop talent at every level of the organisation, as well as continuously strive to enhance employment practices.
The Top Employers Institute assessed Alphabet’s approach in key areas including talent strategy, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, leadership, career management, compensation and benefits, as well as cultural development.
As a result, Alphabet (GB) has been awarded the Top Employers United Kingdom 2018 Certification.
Adam Lupton, HR director at Alphabet, said: “We’re really pleased to have been recognised again by the Top Employers Institute in 2018.
"This is our fifth year of being certified as a Top Employer and every year we know we need to raise our game further in order to stay a part of this exclusive club of globally-recognised and respected companies.
“We take our Top Employers certification seriously as it not only helps to benchmark our development as an organisation but also can prove to be a decisive factor in terms of attracting a new generation of talent.
"The award is also recognition of the significant contribution of our 400 plus employees in the UK to create and develop the unique culture that we have at Alphabet.”
David Plink, CEO for the Top Employers Institute, said: “Optimal employee conditions ensure that people can develop themselves personally and professionally.
"Our comprehensive research concluded that Alphabetprovides an outstanding employment environment and offers a wide range of creative initiatives, from secondary benefits and working conditions, to performance-management programmes that are well thought out and truly aligned with the culture of their company.”
