MEP Logistics Manager – Central London – Up to £90k + Package
We are currently recruiting for an MEP Logistics Manager on behalf of our client (leading MEP contractor), on a major £200m new build & refurbishment project in Central London. This is a complex, high-profile scheme requiring an experienced professional to oversee all logistics, materials handling, and site coordination for the MEP works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics strategy to ensure the smooth flow of materials and equipment.
* Oversee site deliveries, traffic management, and storage solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to the project schedule.
* Coordinate with MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to streamline operations.
* Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Manage logistics personnel and resources, optimising efficiency across the site.
* Proactively identify and resolve any logistical challenges, mitigating risks to project timelines.
Candidate Requirements:
* At least 5 years’ experience as a Logistics Manager, specifically within MEP-heavy projects.
* Proven ability to manage logistics on large-scale, complex construction projects.
* Strong understanding of MEP processes, material handling, and sequencing.
* Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with site teams, suppliers, and contractors.
* Experience working on major new build and refurbishment projects in the UK.
