GLASS'S Guide has launched a new Do-It-Yourself guide to wholelife costs for fleet managers. Fleet Values & Whole Life Costs is a new monthly publication which amounts to a one-stop information shop containing details such as trade out values, fuel consumption, insurance groups and running costs.

The data is laid out in tables which cover more than 2,700 models up to five years old in 10,000-mile bands up to 120,000 miles, with no need for further calculation. The tables also include latest list prices, insurance group ratings and fuel consumption figures. Glass's new guide also takes account of funding costs on a full cash-flow basis, insurance premiums, fuel, relief vehicles and non-routine repairs.

Glass's editor-in-chief Arnie Fenn said the pricing information was a mixture of what Glass's Guide reported for private vehicles and returns from real world disposals.
