ACQUISITIVE fleet management company GE Capital Fleet Services has announced large scale restructuring across its three principal operating companies - Avis Fleet Services, Cochranes and Leasecontracts.

The businesses will be pooling resources and expertise in a series of moves which will see staff and operations redeployed to Evesham and Manchester over the next 12 months.

In future, remarketing of used vehicles from both Salford-based Avis and Cochranes in Edinburgh will be concentrated at Leasecontracts' centre in Evesham and the existing depots in Manchester and Luton will close.
