REGIONAL development officers of the National Cricket Association have been bowled over by a new deal with British Car Contracts which sees them driving Rover 400s.
The NCA, which is responsible for the development of cricket at club and youth level in the UK, is supplying 10 cars under a three-year contract hire deal as part of an enhanced package for regional representatives which have recently converted to full-time status.
