LEX Vehicle Leasing has been inundated with dealers looking to sign up to its One-Call service for company car drivers. Currently around 750 dealers nationwide have been approved by the Marlow-based contract hire company but, following a recent article in Fleet News (May 10), small dealer groups and independent garages have been calling the company asking to join.

Under the scheme a company car which undergoes a service or repair is collected and returned to the driver by the dealer with Lex Vehicle Leasing making all the arrangements. Prior to being approved each dealer is vetted by Lex Vehicle Leasing to ensure it can meet a range of tough standards set by the company.

The spokesman added: 'We still have a number of gaps in the One-Call network around the country. Any dealers interested in joining the network should contact Lex Vehicle Leasing.' Further details from Paul Kerrigan on 0161 969 0000.
