A NEW consultancy is offering training and advice to companies which want to sell products and services into the fleet sector. Established by former ADT managers Robert Barr and Joyce Hobbs, Intelligent Sales Solutions aims to knock aspiring fleet sector suppliers' sales operations into shape to do business in the corporate sector.
Based in Surrey, the new venture is targeting dealer groups, contract hire and leasing companies and equipment suppliers as potential clients. Formerly ADT's director of corporate sales, Barr, who has more than 20 years' experience in the fleet and motor industries, said he launched the company to fill a yawning gap in the market.
The range of expertise provided by ISS covers organisational structuring, sales strategy, database management and new business generation and prospective clients can undergo a no-obligation corporate sales 'health check' before buying any formal consultancy.
