PROPOSALS to change the name of Cowie Group plc to Arriva have been unanimously approved at an extraordinary general meeting. The group name will change with immediate effect, with the vehicle management operation changing from Cowie Interleasing to Arriva Automotive Solutions from Monday (November 17).
