ALMOST 200 vehicle repairers have signed up to PHH Insurer Services' guaranteed claims processing service, Motornet. The latest repairer to join the network is Anderson & Young which, in becoming part of Motornet, must comply with a series of standards which include response times, quotations and customer service.
PHH works in partnership with repairers to ensure standards are maintained, guaranteed levels of service to insurers through regular quality checks and inspections. Anderson & Young managing director Ken Anderson said: 'Motornet is a good fit with our own working practices and offers us the opportunity to enhance the service we provide to our customers.
