MATERIALS handling equipment manufacturer Jungheinrich (GB) has chosen to contract hire its entire fleet of 350 cars and light commercial vehicles through Godfrey Davis (Contract Hire).

Key to the contract win was Godfrey Davis's customer process teams, which use a similar approach to teams working within Jungheinrich. The contract hire deal includes Godfrey Davis FACS (Fleet Administration and Control System), an IT software system providing fleet management information. Godfrey Davis will liaise directly with the company's drivers. Jungheinrich operates from six customer service centres around the country.
