PRE-tax losses at traffic information provider Trafficmaster increased last year to £3.41 million (1995: £2.48 million) on sales up 35% to £3.45 million.

However, as a result of a series of business agreements - including making its services available to cellular telephone users - and other developments last year Trafficmaster chief executive David Martell predicts the company will be in profit this year.
