VAUXHALL chairman and managing director Nick Reilly has become the company's first British chief executive to become a corporate vice-president of parent company General Motors.
The appointment, which is effective immediately, recognises, the significance of Vauxhall in General Motors' global operations. Reilly will continue in his current position at Vauxhall, which he took up a year ago, and will remain a member of General Motors' European Strategy Board.
