ENTRIES are flooding in for the the RAC and Fleet News five-a-side charity football tournament which was officially launched at this week's Fleet Motor Show. Hopes are high that 96 teams will sign up for the RAC-Fleet News Five-a-Side Charity Challenge with the aim of raising £4,000 for Motability.

Apart from teams from Fleet News and the RAC, entries have been received from numerous fleet industry companies including Lex Vehicle Leasing, PHH Vehicle Management Services, Swan National, Ryland Multifleet, Shell Gold Card, Elton Vehicle Contracts, Autolease, EuroDollar, Hartwell Motor Contracts, Lease Plan, Ford Contract Motoring, BCR and Kenning Car & Van Rental.

The Challenge, part of the RAC's centenary celebrations and co-inciding with the 10th anniversary of RAC Business Services for Fleets, will be held on Sunday, July 27 at the Pitz five-a-side soccer centre at Ardwick, Manchester - which has 12 astro-turf pitches.
