FLEETS are being offered a tyre warranty by Toyo Tyre. The Five-Year Accidental Damage Warranty, which was launched at this week's Fleet Motor Show, guarantees that fleets will enjoy the full serviceable life from every Toyo tyre, or receive compensation.

This compensation takes two forms for punctured or accidentally damaged tyres. If the tyre is repairable, Toyo will contribute £5 towards its repair. If it is irreparable Toyo has instructed its dealers to measure the tread depth remaining and pay a contribution to a new tyre, depending on the amount of wear. The warranty is available to cars and car-derived vans, but not to commercial vehicles.
