FIRST Mutual Contracts has clinched a lucrative outsourcing deal with shoe-makers Clarks. FMC will supply a broad mix of vehicles for Clarks' 328-vehicle fleet and has established a dedicated telephone hotline to handle driver enquiries.

FMC managing director Andy Mitchell said: 'We have a dedicated team of five to staff the Clarks hotline, all of whom have a thorough knowledge of Clarks' guidelines and are well versed in the nature of the fleet and the requirements of Clarks' drivers.'
