WORLD launches from Jaguar, Rover and Lexus are set to steal the limelight at next week's Birmingham Motor Show in what is being billed as the most exciting show for 40 years.
The new Jaguar S-type, Rover 75 - replacement for the 600/800 models - and the Lexus IS200 model, aimed squarely at territory carved out by BMW's 3-series and Audi's A4, are among 12 world firsts for the show and hold a key place in fleet managers' order books. Ford is also guaranteeing to create a stir with the new Focus, and there will be around 50 other vehicles making their UK public debuts.
