FLEET Support Group has put its reputation on the line by promising to save fleets money on their company car operating costs. The Chippenham-based fleet management specialist has invited 3,000 fleets to trial its no-strings offer.

They have been asked two questions: do you know what you want to achieve from your vehicles in terms of efficiency, total annual expenditure and staff moral; and, are you meeting your objectives? If the answer to either question is no, FSG is offering to take a token number of vehicles into its care for three, six or 12-month periods to prove how it can cut running costs.

According to FSG's sales and marketing director Geoffrey Bray, the 'alarming pressure' facing the company car makes the re-evaluation of why fleets exist a matter of urgency.
