AN announcement is expected on the outcome of negotiations between BCH Vehicle Management and a potential acquisitor for the Bristol-based firm. BCH revealed last week it was in talks which could lead to an offer being made for the company.

The proposed deal is understood to involve the share capital of BCH, but would keep the company's management team in place.
