DRIVERS of leased Audis are being targeted by the German manufacturer in a radical plan to improve service to fleet motorists. Managing director Len Hunt said he wants to ensure every Audi driver receives the same standard of service.

Previously some lease car drivers have had no contact with the manufacturer. He has now signed a deal with PHH Vehicle Management Services, Swan National, Lex Vehicle Leasing and BCH Vehicle Management which will give Audi much greater control of lease car drivers.

'In the past, lease companies have jealously guarded their data - but we are working much more closely with them now. Clearly, we have to make a commitment not to take away any business - for example, with Audi finance. What this allows us to do is give these end users a better service - in the past, these customers have known nothing about Audi,' said Hunt.
