FORTY exhibitors at the 1998 Fleet Motor Show are taking part in a new priority visitor plan service which sees event organisers booking visitor appointments with companies in the scheme. The new-for-1998 priority visitor plan idea ensures exhibitors taking part in the scheme meet key show visitors at set times during each day of the Donington Park event, which takes place from May 11-14.
Show marketing executive Claire Forsyth said: 'We believe the new service will help many companies ensure they meet existing customers and potential customers. Many visitors have a lot of companies to see during their visit to the show and by ensuring appointments are booked in advance we hope to ensure both visitors and exhibitors use the time they are at the show to the maximum.'
Visitors who pre-register to attend the show will receive an invitation to book a meeting with companies taking part in the priority visitor plan scheme. Nearly 150 companies had booked stands at the show and more than 11,000 fleet managers and fleet decision-makers had registered to attend.
