MOTOR group DC Cook is setting up its own in-house leasing division, called Yorkshire Leasing. Based in Huddersfield, the new operation is due to be launched at the beginning of May and will encompass all aspects of fleet funding from contract hire to personal contract hire and affinity schemes.

Fleet director Colin Hull said the company was expanding its central fleet operation, offering a service to all the group's franchises, and would also continue to expand its Small Business User programme, with specialist sales executives based at dealerships.
