THE ICA (Holdings) network has restructured its senior management following the acquisition of NCA. The move retains the separation of ICA/CMA and NCA on an operational level, with Mark Yates promoted from group operations manager to operation director for ICA/CMA, while Andrew Timmis continues as operations director for the seven NCA centres.
The finance function is split two ways with Michael Buxton promoted to ICA (Holdings) group financial director, responsible for the finances of all 17 auction centres in the ICA/CMA/NCA network, while John Thompson becomes ICA (Holdings) corporate financial director. Karen Stevenson has been promoted from marketing manager to marketing director, while former marketing director Piers England will now act as communications director with responsibility for large corporate customers, including DVLA Classic Collection Auctions.
Keith Isherwood and Nigel Myers will act as commercial directors for the south and north respectively, while the sales management new business function is to be shared between Sarah Pasley - who has been promoted to act as corporate new business sales director with responsibility for fleets of 750 vehicles and over - and newly-promoted fleet sales director Martin Potter, who will look after business from fleets of less than 750 vehicles.
