NATIONAL paper merchant Alliance Paper Group has awarded a solus supply contract for its 120-strong fleet to Lex Vehicle Leasing. In doing so the company has turned its back on Axus and Dial, which both supplied cars to the company in the past.

APG says it has gone for the single supplier deal because of Lex's past commitment and the back-up support it offers drivers. The Manchester-based company runs its vehicles on a three- year/75,000-mile replacement cycle, operating a user-chooser policy for its sales employees and senior managers.
