FIRST National Vehicle Contracts is attempting to boost sales by offering staff a dream holiday as an incentive. Dean Hedger, public sector account manager, is the company's first winner of its newly-launched sales person of the quarter award, for top sales and customer service.

Dean is based at the Horsham, Sussex, office and achieved the highest percentage over target out of the company's UK sales staff for the last quarter. He can now claim a weekend for two anywhere in the UK, and gets the use of a convertible Alfa Romeo Spider for two weeks. The award is part of an ongoing scheme, where the overall sales person of the year will win a trip for two to Bali.
