SWINDON-based Petrol Express - which trades as Thames Rico Service Stations - has launched a fuel card in conjunction with Cendant Business Answers, a division of Cendant Business Partners. The Account Express Card will operate from more than 75 Petrol Express sites and initially involve more than 200 business accounts.

The card can be used to purchase fuel only, or clients can extend the range to include oil, car wash and shop goods. The company's remaining local cash accounts will automatically be converted into a card-based system, allowing corporate customers to control what their employees can buy and how much they can spend.
