FLEET News (FNN's sister title) is to hold a Budget Breakfast for fleet chiefs to find out from fleet and tax experts the impact on their business of Chancellor of the Exchequer Gordon Brown's March 9 Budget. The Breakfast will be held on Tuesday, March 16 at the Hilton National, Cobham, starting at 8.30am and will last for about two hours.

Speakers will be representatives of tax expert PricewaterhouseCoopers, and leading contract hire and leasing company ACL, and Stewart Whyte, managing director of Fleet Audits and Fleet News columnist, who will be sponsored by Kwik-Fit Fleet.

The proposal to hold the Budget Breakfast will be conditional on the Chancellor's Budget speech containing, as is expected, measures which are likely to significantly impact on fleet operations and the company car. Staging of the event follows the success of last year's first Fleet News Budget Breakfast. Delegates will be charged £65 each with discounts available for multiple bookings.
