LEO Pharmaceuticals is hoping a new software package will improve the smooth running of its fleet and cut down on administration. The Buckinghamshire-based company has been using several systems for different functions, and getting reports from PHH Vehicle Management, which handles vehicle acquisitions, disposals and maintenance of its 175-strong car fleet.

Di Rees, Leo Pharmaceuticals' business services manager, decided one system would allow easier access to information and reveal areas where cost savings could be made. She opted for Car Fleet Control's Fleetbase 3.0 management system, which will now complement the existing internal fleet systems through its Windows based operation.
