CONSERVATIVE MPs and industry experts may be questioning a taxation on workplace parking through the new transport forum, but have stopped short of calling on all Tory local authorities to reject the plans.

Bernard Jenkin, shadow transport minister, and chairman of the newly-formed Transport Policy Forum, says it will still be down to individual authorities as to whether they introduce a taxation on companies' car parking spaces.
