CHILLED prepared food manufacturer Geest has awarded a sale and leaseback contract for its 340-strong fleet to Lease Plan. The new arrangement builds upon successful relationships between the two companies in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Geest has a five-badge fleet policy for junior and middle managers including Ford, Mazda, Renault, Rover and Vauxhall, although senior managers and directors are given a more open choice. All maintenance work will continue to be carried out in Geest's in-house workshops and garages.
