NISSAN has launched the Almera Ambition costing £10,995 on-the-road as a three-door powered by a 1.4-litre 87PS engine and £11,600 as a five-door powered by the same engine.

The model with 'extra sporty' appeal has sports seats, air conditioning, ABS brakes, front electric windows, rear head restraints and central locking with keyless entry. A 1.6-litre 100PS Almera Ambition costing £12,800 as a five-door has sports seats, body-coloured bumpers, rear spoiler, 14in alloys, chrome exhaust finisher, rear head restraints, air conditioning, ABS, central locking and a CD player.
