THRIFTY Car Rental UK has created a new commercial division based in High Wycombe. The division is headed by Mark Brandom who has been appointed as commercial director from operations director.

Though primarily a franchise network, the company has six corporate sites, which have managers reporting to Thrifty's UK headquarters. The new division has been created to give operational support.
