A NEWLY formed national network for independent windscreen replacement firms has lambasted its national and international rivals for falling standards.
Autoscreen Network says it can offer a choice and standard of service that larger firms are not providing. Operations director John Grace claimed: 'The national companies are becoming overloaded and complacent with their business, and customer service standards are falling.'
It is introducing a certification process in an attempt to enforce high standards, and has undertaken to guarantee all work done.
