RENAULT has expanded the range of Laguna engines with a direct injection petrol engine.

The 2.0-litre IDE unit produces 140bhp and in hatchback form has CO2 emissions of 185g/km, putting it in the 19 per cent company car tax band from April 2002. Prices range from £16,345-£20,445 on-the-road.
