VIRGIN Cars has launched a new drive to capture a share of the company car market with a support scheme for drivers taking a cash alternative.

The internet-based retailer claims its service offers a pool of more than 1,300 models from 28 manufacturers, plus discounted servicing and repairs at franchised dealers, and low-cost Early Termination Insurance.

John Hillier, sales and marketing director of Virgin Cars, said: 'Now is a great time for company car drivers to opt out. The Virgin Cars unique @ Your Service combined with ETI gives drivers used to the company car convenience, all the benefits of aftersales collection and delivery, plus being able to hand the keys back if they leave their employer.'

The ETI means drivers are protected from financial penalty, while the @Your Service Package means Virgin Cars will arrange for vehicles to be serviced, collected and returned.
