CONSTRUCTION company Thomas Vale has outsourced its accident management to Willis Groups' motor initiative team. John Insall, director of Thomas Vale, said: 'Over the last couple of years, we have experienced a rise in the number of motor claims from our fleet. By outsourcing, we hope to experience a more convenient way of managing accidents.'
