SUZUKI Motor Corporation is taking greater control of its European distribution network with a series of acquisitions in Germany. The moves will vertically integrate the Japanese manufacturer's wholesale distribution for passenger cars and parts in Germany. The European Commission has cleared Suzuki's acquisition of three companies - Suzuki Auto GmbH Deutschland, HOGIVA Verwaltungs-und Beteiligungs GmbH and FAFIN Gesellschaft fu Factoring and Leasing mbH - from the Dutch Homel Group.
