Three directors and four managers at Zenith Vehicle Contracts have bought a stake in the company for an undisclosed sum.

The team, led by managing director Andrew Cope, are finance director Mark Phillips, sales and marketing director Philip Jerome, and managers Derek Mason, Rex Parsons-Moore, Carol Tennant and Adam Turk.
