VOLKSWAGEN is focusing on business customers for its van rental service which is being rolled out through specialist centres throughout the country.

Its Van Centres offer vehicles for short term or flexible long-term hire.

Mark Forton, national van rental business manager for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, said: 'Van rental is very much a growth industry and we would like to see ourselves as a main player in this sector of the market.'

And a range of Volkswagen vans will be available for long or short-term via Europcar.

The vans will be offered under the Move It Van Hire banner and will concentrate on Caddy, Transporter and LT.
