THREE new vehicles have been rated by independent crash test specialists Euro NCAP.
The Toyota Yaris and Fiat Croma both scored a maximum five stars for adult occupant protection with the Daihatsu Sirion gaining four stars.
The models did not fare as well on the pedestrian test rating. The Sirion and the Yaris achieved two stars while the Croma achieved one star from a possible five.
On child protection, the Croma was awarded four stars and the Sirion and the Yaris both gained three.
