Powys Council has awarded Cybit a contract to provide a range of vehicle tracking and telematics services for its fleet of 450 vehicles. Geraint Hopkins, council board member for fleet management, said: “By installing GPS we can safeguard the staff driving the vehicle if they get into difficulties and we can also increase the security of our fleet from the risk of theft.”
