Chevin Fleet Solutions has launched MilePost which allows FleetWave, its browser-based fleet management software system, to integrate with third-party telematics applications.

Managing director, Ashley Sowerby, said to realise the full potential of telematics systems they need to be fully integrated with fleet management software systems such as FleetWave.

He said: "There are numerous benefits available from the MilePost interface.

"For example, the automatic population of FleetWave with the most accurate 'live' vehicle mileage data will allow fleet operators to reduce the time they spend in having to deal with the back-office administration of driver trip expenses and business mileage claims, saving both time and money."
