The IAM have forged a closer partnership with Fleet Support Group through its RiskMaster programme.

IAM’s subsidiary company Drive and Survive is providing an integrated driver risk management system to Fleet Support Group’s clients by offering the IAM’s driver risk management portfolio.

It comes after IAM introduced the RiskMaster programme to all internal staff, including IAM examiners, to ensure IAM provides best practice in driver risk management to their employees and fully incorporates RiskMaster into the IAM’s duty of care policy.

RiskMaster runs a number of checks on an individual’s driving history and ability, with findings based on a point scoring system.

The programme covers license, MOT and business cover insurance checks, wear and tear on vehicles, accident history, health declarations and motoring offences. If the individual produces a high point scoring from these checks and Drive and Survive’s risk assessment, they will be offered a range of on-road training or e-learning to ensure their risk can be reduced as far as possible.
