Motor manufacturers and dealers should be looking to exploit opportunities for tax-free and diplomatic service fleet sales, according to Network Automotive.

It claims that this is already a lucrative sector for some manufacturers and their dealers, especially prestige brands, and others could pursue the same kind of business with good results.

Managing director Colin Bruder said: “Most tax-free sales are made to British armed forces serving abroad while diplomatic sales are made to UK and overseas diplomats.”
