Fleet software specialist Mycompanyfleet has launched a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module for delivery and service fleets to measure customer satisfaction with the service they have supplied.

The new module, called YourAcumen, integrates with the company’s FleetAcumen software system and allows users to capture customer feedback.

The module includes mapping and helpdesk functions.

Digital signature capture allows delivery times to be logged to ensure they are within limits and that efficiency levels are being achieved.
